SICUREZZA Siete tutti invitati alla lettura delle regole di base che regolano l'accesso ai laboratori.
A tutti gli utenti della clean-room (vedi tabella allegata): siete invitati alla lettura delle schede tecniche dei prodotti chimici che utilizzate durante i processi litografici ! Siete invitati inoltre a chiedere chiarimenti sull'utilizzo dei vari strumenti, delle varie procedure di etching e sulle norme di sicurezza da seguire al responsabile per la sicurezza del laboratorio NEST (P. Pingue).
Gli affiliati INFM sono infine invitati a compilare la scheda di rischio, scaricabile da questa pagina, e a consegnarla poi al responsabile, insieme ad eventuali suggerimenti per migliorare la sicurezza nel laboratorio NEST.
